What makes the food you cook special?
Ettamee was taught the art of cooking at the tender age of six by her mother. Within the same year she became an orphan after her mother's death and was left with her sister. They were taken in and raised by her uncle. It was on her uncle's farm where Ettamee's skills began to develop. She learned to cook with fresh ingredients which she helped to plant and harvest. Realizing the gift, her uncle sent her away to an all girls boarding school in Liberia at 12 years old. She quickly began to hone her skills in cooking classes. After school, she'd bake breads and other goodies for the other girls in the dorm and quickly became known for her gifting.
