How did Hello Sweetie start and where are we going???It all began four score and seven years ago....well not really that long ago. (How many years in a score anyway??) Hello Sweetie began before I even knew it was happening. Stuck in a job that I hated I knew I needed to make a move. I can say that now, because no one signs my paycheck, but me! :) Ok. So long story short, I've always LOVED baking and food is a passion of mine.(Also the reason I will never be a size 6 ever again.) I began baking and bringing my goodies into the office. Seeing how my S'more Brownies and Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes created near riots I decided I found my calling. It wasn't being a personal assistant, but that I already knew. The ladies in the office began asking for the recipes, but I was a slick little thang and gave them a menu and a price list. Hello Sweetie was born and we've been baking all kindsa stuff ever since. You always hear people say..."Your career should be something you would do for free if you didn't need to pay bills." ...or something like that. I've finally found it! We take great pride in everything that leaves our kitchen. Only the freshest ingredients are used and everything is made from scratch. No mixes, no kidding on this one. If you haven't given our goodies a try, please do. If you have tried them and are now in love with them (no you don't have to marry them) please tell everyone and their mother! If there's something you think we can improve upon, please tell me a.s.a.p. ! I can take the criticism and it's very welcomed. Now...I have to go create!!!! Love and Cupcakes! ~ Marcella
